YO IT Consulting is seeking a Robotics Evaluation Specialist for a contract, remote position. You will apply your robotics expertise to train AI systems by guiding how models learn and perform through real-world input.

You will document observations, provide structured feedback, and collaborate asynchronously with the customer’s team to refine evaluation protocols, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Proven experience with robotics pipelines or hands-on robotics projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice subtle differences in task outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal English communication; native or near-native preferred.
• Ability to follow complex instructions precisely and reliably.
