Etiqa S.r.l. is seeking an AI Developer who wants to design systems and workflows, not just repeat tasks. You will build AI-powered features, integrate AI into real products, and shape backend data flows.

You’ll work on MCP connectors, RAG-based systems, prompts, and streaming data, using Python 3.12+, asyncio, and strict typing. Collaboration across projects and continuous learning are encouraged.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous Python and modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with Pydantic / Pydantic AI for data validation.
• Genuine curiosity about AI systems and practical implementation.
• Understanding of ReAct prompting, Tool Calling, and Function Calling.

Mansioni

• Develop AI agents and RAG-based systems.
• Build MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data.
• Design prompts and ensure outputs are structured and validated.
• Work on data flows toward frontend applications, including streaming JSON.
