NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement complex agentic systems using ADK or LangGraph. You will build robust orchestration, RAG pipelines, and memory/evaluation features for production AI services.

Strong Python, ML fundamentals, and cloud exposure are expected. You will collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into agent capabilities, ensure reliability, and maintain extensive runbooks and tests.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years as Software/ML/AI Engineer with 1–2 years working with LLMs in real apps.
• Proficient in Python; strong software engineering practices (Git, tests, CI/CD).
• Experience building REST/gRPC APIs and integrating external tools/services.
• Fundamental ML concepts; DL basics; experience with at least one ML/DL framework.

Mansioni

• Design and build complex agentic systems with multiple interacting agents.
• Implement robust orchestration logic (state machines/graphs, retries, fallbacks, human escalation).
• Implement RAG pipelines, tool calling, and sophisticated prompts for reliability, latency, cost control.
• Apply ML concepts to evaluate agent performance, dataset curation, bias/safety checks.
• Lead development of agents using Google ADK and/or LangGraph with advanced features.
