Biopharma Careers seeks a Reliability Maintenance Engineer for our Noventa Padovana site to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance strategies. You will work with maintenance, production, QA and global engineering to reduce failures and support compliant manufacturing.

The role requires 2 years in reliability/maintenance engineering within a regulated setting, Italian and English proficiency (B2), and strong data analysis skills.

Competenze

• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2 years of reliability/maintenance/manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, RCM, preventive maintenance optimization and condition-based monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to analyze maintenance data and reliability indicators.
• Italian fluency and good English (B2) required.

Mansioni

• Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify reliability improvements.
• Develop and review preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Lead or support root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM and corrective actions.
• Monitor reliability indicators like MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance backlog.
• Support CAPA, deviations and investigations related to maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Ensure accurate CMMS usage and maintain asset master data and maintenance plans.
• Assist spare parts planning and optimization with procurement.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, QA, HSE and global engineering.
