Chiesi in Parma, Italy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of equipment and systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will lead maintenance activities, plan work, and manage budgets while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and experience with CMMS and lean practices.

Competenze

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (industrial setting).
• At least 5 years in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering/Science.

Mansioni

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical repairs and installations.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Monitor equipment inventory and order parts.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
