Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at the Sesto Fiorentino site. You will work hands-on on Formulation & Component Preparation systems, collaborating with production to keep assets reliable and compliant in a highly regulated environment.

We value a Master’s degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with fluency in English (B2+). You will develop SOPs, support maintenance programs, and participate in continuous improvement

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical).
• 1 year of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical support.
• English fluency (B2+).
• Attention to HSE aspects.
• Attention to Quality and Data Integrity aspects.

Mansioni

• Act as SME for systems under Formulation & Component Preparation.
• Collaborate with Operational Support to close Work Orders on time.
• Analyze KPIs across maintenance, quality, and data integrity.
• Identify anomalies and drive solutions to prevent recurrences.
• Propose upgrades to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure high efficiency and performance of systems.
• Develop, review SOPs and Technical Assessments.
• Lead projects and changes related to the systems.
• Plan shutdown activities with Maintenance Manager.
