Danfoss in Pomezia, Italy, is seeking a Maintenance and Spare Parts Specialist to keep production equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently.

You will work with the Senior Service & Facility Manager, using data and technical expertise to improve reliability and support business performance, with growth within an international organization.

This role offers hands-on experience, ownership of improvement initiatives, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in maintenance, facilities, or related industrial environment.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into improvement actions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and plan maintenance activities across equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Analyze equipment failure data and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends.
• Investigate recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce obsolete stock.
