Prysmian Group in Pozzuoli, Italy, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise for safe, cost-effective plant operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Industrial/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance, with knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and English
Competenze
- Master's Degree required in Industrial, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance is a plus.
- English proficiency, written and spoken.
Mansioni
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA).
- Develop and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance through KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability).
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
- Support design reviews for new equipment and improve maintainability.
