Job summary

Generali Italia SpA is seeking a Release Management Analyst to coordinate and govern software releases across multiple countries and environments within the Insurance in a Box program. You will align stakeholders and ensure adherence to release processes.

The role requires collaboration with Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams, with a focus on improving release governance and delivery outcomes across cloud-native apps.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM disciplines or strong focus on technology and innovation.
• Aptitude for working with interdisciplinary teams (both business and technical).
• Basic knowledge of release management processes or modern CI/CD release processes for cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the release roadmap across all countries adopting the Insurance in a Box platform.
• Support Project, Operations, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, PM, and PMO teams to coordinate technical, operational, and governance activities across all environments.
• Ensuring compliance with release processes and quality standards.
• Tracking the activities required to successfully deliver releases while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting release planning, deployment readiness assessments and post-release validation activities to ensure successful production outcomes.
