Job summary

Generali is seeking an IT Application Manager to steer changes on existing applications for Group Head Office Corporate Functions, including risk, financial, and control functions. You will ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and comply with company policies while leveraging AI-assisted coding practices.

The role requires collaboration with production services and external partners, with a focus on governance, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI coding technologies and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and software delivery practices.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Min 3 years of similar experience in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Change Initiator and evaluate impacts, risks, and costs.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the application's portfolio, architecture, and technology stack.
• Execute change management per internal guidelines and Group Policies.
• Collaborate with Production Services on impact assessments for changes, including AI-related developments.
• Support Service Transition activities to ensure readiness before and after releases.
• Lead security, VAPT remediation, and AI-code quality initiatives.
