Job summary

NHC Milan is hiring a Rehab Secretary to help keep the therapy department running smoothly and to support our therapists and patients.

You will prepare patients for sessions, maintain a safe and organized space, and assist with daily tasks and patient transport while communicating clearly with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with staff, patients and families.
• Ability to stay organized and follow instructions.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
• Familiarity with billing/insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and stocked.
• Support therapists and assistants with daily tasks.
• Handle basic office duties and patient transport.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients and families.
