Job summary

NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN. This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit, supports nursing partners, and helps ensure high-quality, coordinated care for patients and residents.

Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, care plans, changes in condition, coaching staff, documentation, collaboration with physicians and families, and ensuring staffing and quality initiatives are in place.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or nursing leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
