H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee operations of luxury senior living communities and ensure the highest standard of patient care in a largely geriatric caseload.

The role is full-time with a focus on 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight, requiring independent work and strong teamwork. Travel and flexible scheduling are available, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

• Active or eligible state license to practice is required.
• Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

As a Clinic Director, you’ll oversee the operations of a luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight. You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Education:
