DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Regulatory Reporting and Tax Communications Specialist for its BPO area in Milan, focusing on regulatory submissions and communications with the Revenue Agency.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a gross annual base salary starting from €31,000, aligned with the applicable CNBA and criteria, including responsibilities and skills.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or degree in economics/finance.
• Experience in banks, investment firms (SIM) or asset management (SGR).
• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and XBRL format; strong Excel and IT skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, and submit Regulatory Reports (Banca Italia, Consob).
• Manage communications to the Italian Revenue Agency (Anagrafe dei Rapporti / Segnalazione Saldi/Movimenti).
• Oversee monthly/annual filings, including ordinary and extraordinary.

Job Description

Xchanging Italy, part of DXC Technology group, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting and Tax Communications Specialist for join in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) area.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and submission of Regulatory Reports (Banca Italia, Consob)
• Management of communications to the Italian Revenue Agency, including Anagrafe dei Rapporti and/or Segnalazione Saldi/Movimenti
• Manage and control of Monthly/annual, ordinary, and extraordinary filings
• Handling Financial Investigations Service requests and responses
• Performing controls, checks, and reconciliations on transmitted data and flows
• Providing operational support to clients and liaising with auditors and supervisory bodies

Requirements

• High school diploma or university degree, preferably in economics or finance.
• Experience within banks, investment firms (SIM), or asset management companies (SGR).
• Practical knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and XBRL format.
• Excellent command of Excel and strong IT skills.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability, with the ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Work Location & Salary

Work Location: Milan (MI) with Smartworking possibility.

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from 31.000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
