Teamsystem in Italy is seeking a Junior Data Analyst within the FP&A team to turn financial data into strategic readings for decision-makers. You will prepare and model datasets, create reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-moving, international group.

The role requires 1+ year in consulting or Controlling/FP&A, advanced Excel, and a degree in economics, engineering or CS. Hybrid work, strong English, and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

  • At least 1 year of experience in consulting or in Controlling and FP&A departments.
  • Advanced Excel skills — able to build models, handle large volumes of data, and automate analytical tasks efficiently.
  • A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science, with a rigorous and quantitative approach to reading numbers.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and ability to work independently on assigned tasks, even when priorities shift.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, drive, excellent analytical ability, attention to deadlines and autonomy in managing time and assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments, genuine interest in the role and in the world of new technologies and Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A degree in economics, engineering, or computer science, with a rigorous and quantitative approach to reading numbers
  • Strong attention to deadlines and ability to work independently on assigned tasks, even when priorities shift
