Job summary

MG Motor Italia is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for North Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Marche. You will own dealer performance, exceed sales targets and align local actions with national strategy, while strengthening relationships with dealer partners and boosting MG brand visibility across the region.

You will develop deep product knowledge, monitor market trends and collaborate with Brand Managers to optimize market coverage and drive sales growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (North Tuscany, Emilia Romagna, Marche) to join the MG Italy Sales team.

Main Task / Responsibilities

• Dealer Performance: Own and exceed commercial targets for sell-in and sell-out, optimizing vehicle sales volume, model mix, and regional market share.
• Cooperate with Brand Managers and local sales teams in order to support OEM’s sales target (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Monitor market trend, develop market analysis and check the national strategy application on a local base.
• Establish a close relationship with local dealer partners and leverage their resources as well as their local network to enhance the performance index increase.
• Monitor the trend of national sales campaigns on a local base and support dealers in maximizing the efficiency
• Monitor and support local marketing activities and strategy to increase visibility and brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, processes and business finance solutions.
• Monitor area trend and contribute (according with Dealer Network Development Dept.) to optimize the market coverage
