Job summary

MG Motor Italia is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for North Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Marche. You will own dealer performance, exceed sales targets and align local actions with national strategy, while strengthening relationships with dealer partners and boosting MG brand visibility across the region.

You will develop deep product knowledge, monitor market trends and collaborate with Brand Managers to optimize market coverage and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed commercial targets for sell-in and sell-out, optimizing vehicle sales.
• Cooperate with Brand Managers and local sales teams to support OEM targets.
• Monitor market trends and apply national strategy locally.
• Establish strong relationships with local dealer partners and leverage their network.
• Support local marketing activities to increase visibility and brand awareness.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge across all vehicles, processes and finance solutions.
• Contribute to optimizing market coverage in collaboration with Dealer Network Development.
