LHH is seeking a regional sales engineer to drive revenue growth across Lombardia and Piemonte. You will lead sales performance, develop key accounts, and execute the commercial strategy with mechanical and automotive clients, while managing a defined territory and reporting to the international commercial director.

The role requires proven sales leadership, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM/ERP systems, along with fluent English, to coordinate with global teams and deliver

Competenze

• Proven experience in sales management and key account development with mechanical or automotive companies.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting.
• Strong use of CRM and ERP systems.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• will be responsible for delivering revenue and operational margin targets across your assigned territory (Lombardia and Piemonte) while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
