Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the South Europe product category.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors.
• Contribute to sales and purchasing strategy development.
• Provide store staff support and maintain regular communications.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align displays with strategies.
• Create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in buying new collections preparations.
• Help organize product training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the man category for the South Europe region
• Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors
• Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies
• Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies
• Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholder
• Participate in the preparation for buying new collections
• Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions

Knowledge And Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• A strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Fluent Spoken English Expected
