Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the South Europe region.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors.
• Contribute to development of sales and purchasing strategies.
• Provide store inquiries support and maintain regular communication with staff.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align displays with merchandising strategies.
• Create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in preparation for buying new collections.
• Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing the man category for the South Europe region

Knowledge And Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Fluent Spoken English Expected
