Prada is seeking a Merchandising Manager to define and oversee planning strategies, ensuring optimal product availability and sales performance. You will govern planning processes for sales, stock, and margins, and drive distribution, pricing and promotions across markets and stores.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, leadership of the planners team, and close collaboration with Visual Merchandising. Travel to Milan/Valvigna will be required.

The Merchandising Manager is responsible for defining, implementing and overseeing merchandising planning strategies, ensuring effective integration between commercial objectives, product availability and sales performance.
The role ensures structured governance of planning processes (sales, stock, margins), product procurement and distribution, ensuring the correct time to market in terms of product mix and destination geographies.
The role is responsible for managing discount and promotional policies, guiding the planners team towards the achievement of financial targets through an analytical, data-driven and results-oriented approach.
The role can be based in Valvigna (Arezzo) or Milan; if based in Milan, it requires availability for weekly travel to the Valvigna site (50+ of the time).
