Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Director to provide expert guidance on policy issues affecting CNREURAFCENT MWR programs. The role requires technical direction, budget coordination, and collaboration with CNIC, other services, and DoD offices.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of specialized experience in administration, analysis, and oversight of military recreation programs.
• Knowledge of Navy MWR programs and DoD/ CNIC policies and regulations.
• Ability to formulate management techniques for MWR program challenges.
• Proven leadership to influence actions and achieve mission goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute regional MWR programs through administration, operation, and technical direction of all delivery systems.
• Staff and provide technical direction of MWR programs within Navy Region EURAFCENT.
• Prepare correspondence, endorsements, and communications with CNIC and higher authorities.
• Visit and review other operations to incorporate best practices.
• Advise Regional Fleet Readiness Director on MWR matters and program components.
• Maintain and analyze the installation programs, services, and facilities databases.
• Coordinate budget requirements with the Regional Fleet Readiness Director and assist in annual budget prep.
