Navy MWR in Europe (CNREURAFCENT) seeks a Director of Morale, Welfare and Recreation to provide policy guidance and technical support for the CNREURAFCENT MWR programs. The role oversees administration, analysis, and oversight across Navy MWR elements and leads staff through orientations and training.

The candidate will apply qualitative methods to assess and improve complex programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination with DoD policies and CNIC regulations.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12/NF-04 in military recreation programs.
• Knowledge of DoD, SECNA V, CNIC and related policies governing administrative and operational procedures.
• Ability to formulate management techniques for complex MWR program issues.
• Ability to lead and influence others to accomplish the MWR mission.
• Knowledge of qualitative methods to assess and improve MWR programs.
