Naval Air Station Sigonella seeks a Sport Program Manager to lead recreational and athletic programs in line with CNIC policies and DoD guidance. You will oversee program delivery, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with DoD and CNIC standards while supervising staff and delivering trainings.

The role requires knowledge of funding streams, procurement, equipment management, and strong MS Office skills to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership.

Competenze

• Master's degree or 2 years of graduate study with major in Fitness/Sports Administration (or related field).
• Specialized experience equivalent to NF-3/GS-7 level or higher required.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage community sports programs per DoD, DON, and CNIC policies.
• Analyze KSAs and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Prepare concise, technically sound reports related to the Branch activities.
• Demonstrate supervisory abilities and deliver trainings/presentations.
