Siemens Energy S.r.l. is seeking a Regional EHS Leader for Europe & Africa to drive the EHS strategy across Grid Technologies Service.

You will lead multi-country teams, ensure compliance with Siemens Energy standards, and promote a strong safety culture while enabling sustainable growth across regional operations. The role requires a degree in a relevant engineering or safety discipline, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally; hybrid work setup is available in Europe.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the EHS strategy and roadmap for Grid Technologies Service across Europe & Africa.
• Lead subregional EHS teams and advise leadership on EHS program compliance.
• Promote a safety-first culture through leadership, field engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive EHS performance management: incident investigations, risk reviews, audits, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Integrate EHS into project execution, field service operations, contractor management, and growth activities.
