Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced senior PMO/Business Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across Grid Technology Services Europe & Africa. You will establish governance, optimize end-to-end processes, and promote scalable, data-driven project execution in a globally distributed environment.

Requirements include 10–15 years in project management,LEAN practices, and fluency in English, with willingness to travel.

Competenze

• 10–15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and lifecycle frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management in international environments.
• Experience with LEAN, Value Stream Mapping and process optimization.

Mansioni

• Establish and improve project management standards, governance and KPIs across the organization.
• Lead business process optimization initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Govern and enhance PM methodologies, tools and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze process non-conformities and drive corrective actions with Quality teams.
• Support digital transformation and scalable operations for long-term growth.
