Job summary

Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions, based in the Netherlands, is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead the Southern Europe and MEA sales organization. You will translate strategy into a robust sales plan, drive revenue, and coordinate with Project Management and Service teams across diverse markets.

The role requires 8–10 years of B2B industrial experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a commercial, technical, or economics-related field.
• 8–10 years of B2B industrial experience.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional commercial organization across Southern Europe and MEA.
• Translate company strategy into a structured sales execution plan.
• Develop and manage market segments, opportunities, and customer relationships.
• Ensure revenue generation, forecasting, and compliant commercial processes.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Service teams for seamless execution.
