RATIONAL AG is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth for iCombi and iVario technologies in the assigned region. You will work with internal Sales and Corporate Chef teams and report to the Sales Director, building relationships and expanding the customer base.

The role requires a culinary background or sales experience with commercial cooking equipment, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, international company.

Competenze

• Experience as sous- or executive chef.
• Good verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Promote iCombi and iVario technology at regional events.
• Expand customer base across food service segments.
• Develop and grow partner and dealer networks.
• Coordinate with Service, Sales Director and corporate chefs.
• Prepare regional business plans and budgets.
• Support local trade shows and sales meetings.
• Document customer information in CRM and manage opportunities.
