Together Dental Colchester is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our busy practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them warmly, managing appointments, and handling calls and emails with professionalism.

Working with clinicians and the admin team, you’ll help ensure smooth day‑to‑day running, maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR, and support the delivery of an excellent patient experience.

Location: Together Dental Colchester Country Park

Salary: £12.80 - £13.75 per hour

Hours: Wednesday & Thursday 08:15am - 17:45pm + 1 Saturday per month

Contract: Permanent.

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our welcoming dental practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Working closely with our clinicians, nursing team, and Practice Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing outstanding support to our patients.

The Role

Previous experience in a reception, administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Experience within a dental or healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
