Arsenale Group in Rome is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Chief of Real Estate, supporting operational, organizational, and coordination tasks across the real estate portfolio. This internship offers hands-on exposure to project management, reporting, and stakeholder liaison in a luxury-hospitality context.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates in Architecture or Engineering with strong English, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Competenze
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Masters or Bachelor's).
- Strong proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- English language proficiency.
Mansioni
- Manage the Chief of Real Estate's calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Coordinate and monitor real estate project timelines.
- Liaise with architecture firms, contractors, suppliers, consultants.
- Collect and archive project documentation (plans, permits).
- Prepare summaries and reporting for management.
- Manage correspondence for the function.
