Technogym Village a Cesena cerca un Real-Estate Business Development Controller per il team di Controlling. Garantirai la supervisione finanziaria su importanti progetti immobiliari e di sviluppo, costruendo casi economici, ROI e scenari complessi.

La posizione richiede almeno 15 anni di esperienza in financial controlling e project finance, con modellazione avanzata e conoscenza di SAP ed Excel. Fluente ITA e Inglese, contratto full-time, sede Cesena.

Competenze

• Laurea triennale/mestieri magistrali in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Civile o Gestione Immobiliare.
• Minimo 15 anni di esperienza in controlling finanziario o analisi investimenti immobiliari.
• Forti capacità di modellazione finanziaria (DCF, ROI, scenari).
• Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di investimento pluriennali e sviluppo immobiliare.
• Flessibilità linguistica in italiano e inglese.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e gestire business case, analisi ROI e modelli di scenario per iniziative immobiliari e di sviluppo.
• Fornire supervisione finanziaria su investimenti complessi con orizzonti lunghi e variabili interdipendenti.
• Monitorare e gestire la performance finanziaria di progetti in sviluppo.
• Supportare lo sviluppo di business con analisi finanziarie, market sizing e valutazione degli investimenti.
• Collaborare con project manager, reparto legale e sviluppo business per garantire disciplina finanziaria durante il lifecycle.
• Preparare report finanziari strutturati per il top management e il CFO.

Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Real-Estate Business Development Controller to join our Controlling team at Technogym Village in Cesena.

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will provide dedicated financial oversight on Technogym's major real-estate and development projects — and support business development.

This is not a routine role: you will govern the economic sustainability of complex, long-horizon investments that will define the company's strategic positioning.

You will be a key financial guardian for the initiatives shaping Technogym's future.

Your ImpactDevelop and manage business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario modelling for major real-estate and strategic development initiatives. Provide structured financial oversight on complex investment projects with multiple interdependent variables, long timeframes, and elevated risk profiles Monitor and manage financial performance of ongoing development projects, flagging deviations and recommending corrective actions Support business development activities providing financial analysis, market sizing, and investment evaluation Collaborate closely with project managers, legal, and business development teams to ensure financial discipline throughout the lifecycle of each initiative Prepare clear and structured financial reporting for senior management and the CFO on project progress and economic outcomes

Compensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 60,000 and 85,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).

What you should bring:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, project finance, or real-estate investment analysis Strong financial modelling skills, including DCF, ROI, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning Experience managing or overseeing complex multi-year investment projects Solid understanding of real-estate economics, development project dynamics, and associated financial risks Ability to synthesise complex financial information and present it clearly to non-technical stakeholders Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel or financial modelling tools Fluency in Italian and English Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no.
