Technogym cerca un professionista finanziario esperto per il team Controlling delle Subsidiaries presso Technogym Village. Sarai partner finanziario internazionale per supportare gestione delle performance, eccellenza operativa e decisioni strategiche in diverse geografie.

Hai una solida formazione in economia/finanza, almeno 10 anni in finanza in contesti multinazionali e padronanza di Excel, SAP e strumenti BI. Sarai coinvolto in viaggi e progetti di miglioramento continuo.

Competenze

• Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in finanza in contesti multinazionali.
• Laurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza o campo correlato.
• Fluente in italiano e inglese; altre lingue sono un vantaggio.
• Competenza avanzata in Excel e PowerPoint; esperienza con SAP e strumenti BI.

Mansioni

• Analisi mensile delle performance finanziarie (actual, forecast, budget).
• Identificazione di varianti, rischi e opportunità.
• Supporto alle review mensili con leadership della controllata.
• Miglioramento continuo e iniziative di efficienza operativa.
• Controllo della chiusura mensile delle controllate.
• Promozione di best practice finanziarie e disciplina.
• Supporto in business case, valutazioni finanziarie e analisi scenari.
• Preparazione di materiali per Top Management.
• Presenza sul campo viaggiando alle succursali circa 2 settimane al mese.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Finance Professional to join our Subsidiaries Controlling Team at the Technogym Village.

In this role, you will act as a key financial partner for our international subsidiaries, supporting performance management, operational excellence and strategic decision-making across multiple geographies. You will leverage your strong analytical background, business acumen and leadership mindset to drive value creation, enhance financial discipline and support the execution of Technogym's global strategy.

Your Impact

• Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, covering actuals, forecasts, and budget, focusing across all the financial statements.
• Identify key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both local management and Headquarters.
• Support and challenge monthly business reviews with subsidiary leadership, highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities to headquarters management.
• Contribute to specific continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, working directly with subsidiaries to identify opportunities and implement concrete actions for optimizing profitability, working capital, and cash generation.
• Control the monthly closing cycle of the subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Act as a catalyst for change, partnering with subsidiary finance managers to implement financial best practices, improve process efficiency, and drive financial discipline.
• Contribute to business cases, financial evaluations, scenario analysis, and other ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the preparation of materials for Top Management and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure a strong on-the-ground presence, travelling regularly to subsidiaries (around 2 weeks per month, depending on business needs) to reinforce financial governance, support local teams, and ensure effective execution of improvement actions.

About You

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance within multinational organizations, with a strong end-to-end background across Planning & Controlling, Finance, and Administration / Accounting
• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proven expertise in financial performance analysis, with a deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow mechanics
• Demonstrated track record in leading operational improvement projects with measurable financial impact
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools is essential
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
