Technogym in Cesena (HQ) is seeking an energetic Controlling Specialist to join the Finance Team. You will report to the Industrial Controller and steer operations with proactive financial insight to guide strategy.

We value a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 3–5 years in financial controlling, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel/Power BI/Tableau. This role suits a team player with an international mindset and strong analytical skills.

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling.

Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process-drivenControlling Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You will report to the Industrial Controller and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business.You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management tools.
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €31,000 and €41,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
