Hitachi Rail in Naples, Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the railway and urban transportation market. The role combines market development, customer engagement, bid support and cross-functional collaboration to deliver winning solutions for our customers.

You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and partners, coordinate with engineering, bidding and finance teams, and represent Hitachi Rail at industry events.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in railway/transportation sectors.
• Experience with tenders and pre-bid activities.
• Ability to develop opportunities with technical stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic railway markets.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Support bid activities, including market engagement and commercial positioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, bidding, finance and delivery teams to shape solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and business development initiatives.
