Hitachi Rail is seeking a Maintenance Field Engineer in Milan, Italy, to drive RAM data collection, analyze maintenance performance and support continuous improvement across the service operation of rail vehicles.

The role requires extensive experience in railway maintenance planning, system diagnostics and data-driven decision making, with a willingness to travel as needed and a strong collaboration with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• RAMS analysis and maintenance engineering experience.
• Proficiency in defining maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle systems and interpret drawings.
