Job summary

Alpinestars in Asolo, Italy, is seeking a Racing Service member to support its Motorsport events. You will provide technical assistance for racing products, create event reports, and supervise needs across riders and teams.

The role requires passion for motorsports, reliability, strong communication, and willingness to travel and drive to events, including weekends. On-site with extensive global travel per championship calendar.

Qualifications

• Passion for motorsports and some background in Motorsport.
• Understanding the complexities of the racing world.
• Reliability with strong communication, interpretive, and organizational skills.
• Be dynamic and prepared to work over weekends.
• Available to travel and drive extensively to attend Racing events.
• Technical problem solving skills to deal with situations that may be out of the ordinary.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for technical products at Motorsport races;
• Create reports during each racing event;
• Supervise Racing needs in terms of allocation, products and riders needs;
• Support product development in terms of testing management and specification definition;
• Monitor relationships with Riders and Teams, ensuring optimal interfacing and satisfaction;
• Follow the MXGP championship and support Dakar, Enduro and Trial where required.

For our RACING Department we are looking for a Racing Service to join our team focusing on the off-road disciplines:

Main responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for technical products at Motorsport races;
• Create reports during each racing event
• Supervise Racing needs in terms of allocation, products and riders needs;
• Support product development in terms of testing management and specification definition;
• Monitor relationships with Riders and Teams, ensuring that they have an optimal interfacing and satisfaction from the use of Alpinestars' service and products;
• Follow the MXGP championship and support, Dakar, Enduro and Trial where required;

Location:

Asolo, Italy (On-site) – Please note that extensive global travel will be required as per the Championship calendar.

Compensation package:

From €30,000 (depending on experience).
