Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking an Accounting Specialist at its Asolo HQ to support global finance operations and group reporting in a dynamic international environment. You will manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with Italian GAAP and IFRS across subsidiaries.

The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and fluent English. Bachelor's or Master's in finance/accounting is preferred; salary starts at €38,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in an international company or audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency with SAP FI, CO, AA and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Previous auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication and accounting activities with international subsidiaries, coordinating monthly intercompany reconciliation across all Group entities.
• Support subsidiaries in complying with local regulations and Alpinestars Group accounting and reporting standards.
• Participate in monthly and year-end closing activities, including consolidation processes.
• Analyze Trial Balances of Italian entities, ensuring compliance with Italian GAAP and accuracy of accounting procedures.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Group accounting policies and procedures.
• Support external audit activities and prepare documentation for annual audits.
• Assist with General Accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, and financial analysis activities.
• Collaborate in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements for Italian entities and Group Consolidated Financial Statements per Italian GAAP.
