Bridgestone EMEA in Roma, Italy, is seeking a tyre development engineer for European and MEA markets. This hybrid, full-time role operates on an open-ended contract and focuses on delivering consumer tyres through a structured project management approach.

You will work with CAD tools (Creo/Pro-E) and MS Office to develop prototypes, analyze test results, and maintain project schedules, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet engineering milestones and quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in tyre/automotive industry is a plus.

Mansioni

• Contributes to the technical development of tyres for consumer markets.
• Contributes to benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing test results; prepares design review documentation.
• Defines and manages the project schedule and GANTT.
• Prepares documentation for assigned projects.
• Contributes to Technical Meetings with BSEMEA functions.
• Manages assigned tasks with a high level of proficiency and autonomy.
