Bridgestone is seeking an R&D compound development engineer to lead design, develop, and validate innovative compound solutions for Bridgestone products in a dynamic team in Rome. You will apply materials science, chemistry and industrial process knowledge to prototypes, laboratory investigations and validation leading to industrialization.

The role requires a Ph.D. in a related field, experience in polymers and advanced materials, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Ph.D. in Materials Engineering or related field.
• Experience in material science, polymers, composites or adhesives.
• Strong English communication and collaborative skills.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and validate new compound formulations for Bridgestone products.
