RINA is recruiting an R&D Site Engineer and Equipment Engineer to join the Electronics and System Engineering division in La Spezia, Italy. The role involves working at client sites, supporting design, technical documentation, project execution and fieldwork.

Master's degree required; willingness to perform on-site activities and read technical drawings. The gross annual salary ranges from €30,000 to €40,000, with a variable component and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering General or Electronics.
• Experience in engineering activities, preferably within technical or R&D environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Familiarity with engineering/design software.
• Availability to perform on-site and field activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design activities and technical calculations in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Prepare and manage technical specifications, reports and project documentation.
• Review and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Use engineering and design software to support project activities.
• Provide engineering support during on-site activities, including field data collection.
• Collaborate with project teams and relevant stakeholders during the different phases of the project.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety procedures during site activities.
