RINA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Designer to join our team in Genova, Italy, to design and document mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses and routing. You will develop 3D and 2D CAD models using Creo and prepare the Technical Data Package for production.

The role requires collaboration within an integrated project team, prototyping support, and delivering technical outputs for industrialization. Onsite work at client premises is required with possible remote approval.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in cable harness design and cable routing.
• Experience in the design of mechanical and electro-mechanical structures, including complex metallic components and assemblies.
• Ability to select components and prepare the associated Technical Data Package.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling using PTC Creo.
• Experience using PTC Creo within a PLM/Windchill environment.
• Ability to independently manage technical files and exchange formats, including PDF, DWG, PRT, ASM, Parasolid and STEP.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation supporting prototyping, final design development, industrialization and production.
• Ability to prepare clear technical presentations illustrating the activities performed.
• Ability to work effectively within an integrated project team and independently when required.
• Previous professional experience in comparable activities, preferably within the military or avionics sector, will be considered an advantage.

Mission

RINA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Designer to provide technical support for the design and documentation of mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, cable harnesses and cable routing solutions.
The role involves the development of 3D and 2D CAD models, the selection of components and the preparation of the associated technical documentation. The selected candidate will support the project team during the product prototyping phase and contribute to the development of the final design, including the documentation required for industrialization and production.
The position requires the ability to work effectively within an integrated project team and, when necessary, to manage assigned activities independently.
The activities will mainly be carried out onsite at the client’s premises in La Spezia. Remote working is subject to client approval. Participation in technical progress meetings may also be required at other company sites or supplier premises.

Compensation Data

Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between€30,000 and €40,000and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.

The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
