IQVIA Italia in Milan seeks a Marketing Support Specialist to contribute to AHP and PH1 programs within the International Rare Brand Team, supporting operational activities across countries.

You will coordinate cross-functional projects, support congresses, localization, and digital campaigns, ensure vendor contracting and PO processes, and maintain data quality in systems like Veeva PromoMats.

Competenze

• Education in economics/business or life sciences; university degree advantageous.
• Experience in marketing is preferred.
• Digital skills are well considered.
• Project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and budgets.
• Understanding of Veeva PromoMats is preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and oral; other languages an advantage.

On behalf of our Client, a biopharmaceutical company, IQVIA, a global leader in services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, is seeking for a Marketing Support Specialist based in Milan.

Work area: Milan;

The Marketing Support Specialist responsibility is to contribute to the success of AHP and PH1 Programs within the International Rare Brand Team supporting the operational activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical plan implementation support;
• Collaborate with International team to implement cross-functional projects, collaborating with other departments (sales force, medical department, regulatory, compliance, etc.) and Countries;
• Support of Congresses (booth, coordination, contracting, attendance) in collaboration with International marketing, medical and event management;
• Collaborate to organize Cycle Meeting and activities related to the training program;
• Promotional material localization for all the International Clusters;
• Support marketing material development and approval process (in Veeva PromoMats) in line with brand goals, including and addressing all stakeholders (legal, regulatory, and medical) as well as external vendors;
• support the localization process for all the countries, collaborating with the agencies coordinate the translation, adaptation and approvals in the international Clusters;
• Digital Campaign across countries;
• Give support in disease awareness campaigns and digital project that involve international countries;
• Support includes: reviewing of the contents, approvals in Veeva and checking of the results;
• contracting and PO with external vendors;
• Support International Marketing team in matters related to contracting and PO generation. Securing of a high process compliance and data quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Education in economics/business or life sciences, University degree is advantageous;
• Experience in marketing is preferred;
• Digital skills are well considered;
• Project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects and associated budgets;
• Understanding of interconnected enterprise systems like Veeva PromoMats is preferred;
• Fluent in English, written and oral. Other languages knowledge is an advantage;
• Can do approach, sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility;
• Ability and eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.

• Contract Type: Fixed Term-12 months
• Salary Range or Gross Annual Salary: from 26.000€ to 35.000€ RAL
