Eurofins Milano is seeking a Sales Assistant on a maternity cover basis to support the Sales Manager and Business Developers in managing offers and orders. The role is on-site in Milan with a full-time contract.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organization, and fluency in Italian and English; experience with MS Office and sales tools is a plus. The package includes a net annual salary around €20k–€22k plus €10 daily meal vouchers.

Reports to: Global Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Sales Assistant supports Business Developers and the Sales Manager in managing commercial and administrative processes. Main responsibilities include preparing offer documents, uploading sales materials, and handling customer order receipt and processing to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offers Management Prepare and format commercial offers and proposal documents.
• Upload and maintain sales documentation in the designated digital platforms.
• Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Support Business Developers and the Sales Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation flow between sales, and finance teams.
• Track order status and assist in resolving any discrepancies or delays.
• Back-office tasks Use the company’s tracking tools
• Enter and maintain complete and accurate information about customers and contacts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards for all sales records.

Additional Information

• RAL 20000-22000€ + €10 meal voucher per working day
