Baker Hughes offers an internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across processes, systems, and practices aligned with customer needs and leading-edge technology. You will be supported by a buddy and manager, receive coaching and mentoring, and have opportunities to learn about HS&E culture and diversity.

Your role includes working on internal projects, learning software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Competenze

• Recently graduated with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, Economics, Statistics or Supply Chain.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance.
• Support MDR governance activities through monitoring and analysis of process performance.
• Track MDR backlog trends and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Analyze missing information requests and MDR rejection trends to identify issues.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with MDR service provider and internal stakeholders on root causes and corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to reduce rework and improve efficiency.
• Support process redesign through data collection, analysis, and mapping.
• Prepare workshops, project reviews, and process documentation on Manufacturing Quality initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement governance and process improvements.
• Learn and apply quality, CI, and performance management in manufacturing environments.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and HS&E standards.
