Baker Hughes is offering an Internship Program designed to give students hands-on experience while pursuing or recently completing a degree in engineering, technology, or related STEM fields. Interns gain exposure to processes, systems, and leading-edge technology across projects, with mentorship and coaching to develop skills.

Ideal candidates are enrolled or recently graduated, maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, and are fluent in English.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM or related field.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent is expected.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Assist engineers with ongoing projects through research, data analysis, and technical support.
• Contribute to design processes by creating drawings or prototypes for new products or technologies.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, designs, and project information and prepare reports.
• Collaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
• Work in a team and communicate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve goals and address technical challenges.
