Qualifications

• Enrolled or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, or business.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist engineers or technologists with ongoing projects through research, data analysis, and technical support.
• Participate in design processes, creating drawings or prototypes, and contributing to new products or technologies.
• Keep accurate records of experiments, designs, and project information, and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to achieve project goals and address technical challenges.
