The Baker Hughes Company offers a global Internship Program for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in energy technology. You will be mentored, participate in focused training, and work on real projects while learning HS&E culture and DEI commitments.

As an Intern, you will support the HSE Leader in production areas, help risk assessments, assist in reporting, and contribute to environmental and sustainability projects.

Formación

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in a relevant Bachelors/Masters program.
• GPA 3.0+ (4.0 scale) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship.
• Interest in data analytics and data science.

Responsabilidades

• Support the HSE Leader within production departments.
• Risk assessment of workstations in production areas.
• Assist in opening HSE reports and implementing identified solutions.
• Support in environmental and sustainability projects.
• Contractor management and interference risk identification.
• Assist investigations of HSE events and safety learning teams.
• Data collection and analysis for scheduled HSE reviews.
