Job summary

Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, Italy, is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to strengthen its automotive-oriented production team. You will support planning quality control measures, assist in implementing FMEA, and help define the production management plan.

The role emphasizes hands-on QC processes (8D, SPC, 5S, PDCA) and collaboration across R&D, with English and German or Italian language skills valued.

Qualifications

• Formal engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in a quality role, preferably in automotive.
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies: 8D, SPC, approval tools, Lean/PDCA.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning for quality control measures.
• Assist development team with implementing QC measures (e.g., FMEA).
• Help define and develop production management plans.
• Define test equipment parameters and verify QC parameter implementation.
• Plan audits and support deviation management.
• Train R&D team on QC methodologies.
