Zusammenfassung

Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, is seeking a hands-on technician to support NPI assembly of chargers. You will move materials, prepare workstations, and perform subassembly tasks including PCBAs and wiring, collaborating with Equipment/Test Engineers for parameterization and testing.

The role requires a technical vocational diploma and several years in manufacturing, with English proficiency and Italian/German desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum secondary school diploma with vocational training in a technical field
• Several years of experience in an industrial environment in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Reliability, willingness to learn, independent and structured working style, with flexibility

Aufgaben

• Transfer materials from the NPI warehouse to the assembly area and prepare workplaces/equipment for assembly start
• Perform pre-assembly of subcomponents, press fit of PCBAs and main assembly of charger (mechanical assembly and wiring)
• Support parameterization and testing processes in alignment with the Equipment/Test Engineers for NPI
• Conduct final checks, packaging of completed products and document assembly trials with the NPI Supervisor
• Review and correct bill of materials with the NPI Supervisor and NPI Planner, report quality issues and contribute to process improvements
