Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, is seeking a professional to drive the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the organization. You will implement, maintain and improve IMS processes, coordinate internal and external audits, and support certification audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

You will advise process owners, drive CI initiatives, and contribute to the annual Management Review with KPI transparency.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally complemented by ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001.
• Experience in audit management; auditor qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels.
• English plus German or Italian; knowledge of all three is a plus.

• Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the IMS.
• Ensure IMS documentation and processes ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits and support certification audits.
• Advise process owners in designing and improving IMS processes and documentation.
• Contribute to Management Review and KPI reporting.
• Deliver training to strengthen IMS understanding across teams.
• Support IMS strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive CI initiatives.
• Act as central coordination point for IMS topics across functions.
